We started Consulted for the owners who are too big to do everything themselves and not yet big enough for a full executive team. That middle stage is where most businesses get stuck, and where good management changes the most.
01Our story
Consulted LLC is a business management firm based at 521 W Colorado Street in Glendale, California, founded and led by Makar Demirtshyan.
Our clients are owner-led companies across Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena and greater Los Angeles: family businesses, professional practices, contractors, restaurants and growing service firms. What they share is a business that has outgrown the way it is run.
We do not hand over a binder and leave. We sit with your team, learn how work actually moves, fix what is in the way and stay long enough to make the change part of how the business runs. Every engagement has one accountable partner, a written scope and a single page that shows progress.
We are independent. We do not sell software, take referral fees or invest in clients, so our advice is shaped only by what is right for your business.

Our office is in downtown Glendale, a few minutes from the 134 and the 5. We meet clients on site from Burbank to Pasadena and across the San Fernando Valley, and work remotely with businesses anywhere in California.
